Thanks so much Donna and Karen for guessing on my last post- I really appreciate it! Karen, if you had just written a few more letters... It's a Posie Pincushion! I have been asked in the past to try my hand at pincushions, and I finally created a design that I am happy to give the sosorosey seal of approval.

This little number is filled with small dried beans instead of polyfil, making it a tad bit more ecofriendly and giving it a nice little heft. It doubles as a paperweight, too :) I can't seem to stop making these (I know you know about this phenomenon, Donna!), so look for them to come out like a pincushion parade in sosorosey over the next few days.
Whoa, cute! If I sewed more often, I'd be all up ons your pincushion! :)

What a little cutie this sweet missey is...she has the face of a shy little girl! A very original item to add to your offerings...such a beautiful color you chose as well! Love your work!
ReplyDeleteThis is so elegant. I like everything about it--the color, the refined style, and the vintage button on top. Another fine product by sosorosey!
ReplyDeleteHi Jennie, so glad to have found you, it's a beautiful blog to visit. Your work is lovely and I have to say I LOVE angels too (so much that I named my son after one!). I adore your kissing angels, you're so right about the weird-looking ones. My mom collects kissing figurines and I know she doesn't have this one. What a beautiful find.
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
ReplyDeleteAaaaww, this is GORGEOUS Jennie :0)
ReplyDeleteI'm so pleased I was wrong ...again..LOL ;)
Another sublime idea for sosorosey.
