Two one pound skeins of cotton yarn in cranberry, rose, pale pink and khaki yield...~*~
... half of my new rug. It is 26" by 26", but will be about 42" long when finished. I work this with a double strand, and it's really interesting how the variegations sort themselves out. Well, that's the kind of thing I find interesting anyway, lol!

We have a bright and sunny day today, but I have two very dreaded appointments this week... exactly why I shouldn't make my appointments way in advance. I have the dentist on Tuesday and the doctor on Wednesday. What was I thinking? Then there's a play date after school on Thursday and a dinner party on Saturday. Spring is springing!
