My good friend from college had us over for dinner last night- to the new home that she and her husband just built. Having never been there, I didn't know what colors she had in her kitchen. I decided to go with something bright and fun for this vintage inspired housewarming potholder. A little violet never hurt anyone, right? I'm inspired to make some of these for sosorosey, in classic 40's, 50's, and 60's kitchen colors. Crocheting with size 10 thread is a challenge for my fingers, but the end result is worth it! ~*~
