Muse Makes

A relatively small load heading to Maryland this weekend.  8 large cotton table coasters and 2 large upcycled bowls.  The light was terrible for photos today, so you can't see that the bowl in back is the most delicious shade of pale blue with little red flower flecks...  Ah well.  Head over to The Muse and you'll be able to check it out for yourself!  Can't?  Well, I've got some lovely new baskets coming to sosorosey next week, and that's open 24/7 in every country!!  Yay for Etsy!

Group of Goodies

Here's part of the bunch of sosorosey items headed to The Muse in Maryland next week. It is unbelievably time consuming to gather the items, tag them, photograph them, and create inventory sheets, so I am very happy that this batch is finally ready to go!!

Muse Loot

I'm heading on over to The Muse this Friday to replenish my bowls and introduce my stars. Here's all of the loot, tagged and ready to roll. Gee, I guess this is where all my time has gone this month! I have a couple of rug projects in the works, but I think I will take a few days to play around with some new ideas floating around in my head. Cooler weather is coming (please, God), and I need to get my autumn on!

Tah*Daaaaaaaah

Here is a little snapshot of the new, exclusive local selling venue for sosorosey wares: The Muse in historic Frederick, Maryland! Despite being so nervous I thought I might pass out, my meeting with the shopowner this morning went really well. She wanted to keep all 12 items that I brought with me, and she loved my handmade shop tags too! Now that that part is over (whew!), I just have to hope that Muse customers enjoy and purchase my work. I'll keep you posted on that. And, if you are ever close to Frederick, The Muse happens to be the CUTEST boutique in town- bursting at the seams with unique, contemporary, handmade fabulousness. If you do pop in, be sure to let me know how much you love it!
