It snowed a few inches while Sophie was visiting her grandparents! Her Pa took her out to build a snow fort and snowman, and she loved every minute.

~*~ We had a bust of a winter last year- no snow to speak of- so this was the first time in a loooooong time that Sophie got to play like this. What a great way to end the year :)

So lucky--we had rain. My kids are so disappointed.
OOooo, lucky Sophie!! I wish I'd been there:) lol
All it's done here is rain & hail & more rain! I'm either looking forward to some snow in january, or the weather can bring it on in March like it did last year with 22degree heat :)
xxOOxx
And a fun time was had by one and all!!
Today...the cry of "let's go work on the fort" has been heard from first thing this morning until we eventually get back out there!! :) We've managed to hold her off a bit because her "foot" hurts a bit from so much activity yesterday; so, we're "doctoring" the foot with a patch and ginger ale and an advil which also helps the hurting teeth!! Of course, a plea for a McDonald's lunch combined with a trip to the Giant for "supplies" also helps the mending process!! Then maybe after all that, if the foot feels really good, we'll head out for a "few" minutes of forting!! :)
