Custom Large Rag Coaster: Check!

One of my very best customers recently sent me a large bundle of awesome sheets, pillowcases, and scarves that she thought I would like. As a side benefit for both of us, she sent an entire matching set that SHE really loved...so she asked me to make her a 24" table coaster/rag rug from them! I finished this baby last night, and am so pleased with the way it came out. I used the entire set of sheets and a pillowcase for this. Care to guess how much she weighs?

I probably should not be guessing, since it is my goodie, but I guess 5 lbs.
And BTW... I love the way it came out, will look great on my kitchen table!!

Thanks for guessing, you two! According to my postal scale, the item alone (no wrap, no box, no nothin') is 2 pounds 9 ounces. Amazing how light it can be with all of that fabric, right?

Only 2 pounds 9 ounces? It's amazing how much beauty can be packed into such a light coaster.

It is beautiful as are all your things!! I made a potholder out of my old ironing board cover and it was really hard to get it crocheted - I think I needed a bigger hook. I used the one that I use for scarves. Anyways, hope you have a great weekend - love your blog!!
