When I found this sweet cotton sheet last week, I couldn't resist the siren call of the hearts. Well, and the pink. And the flashback of super prep Pappagallo and Izod memories (nightmares?) from high school.

I thought, "Oh, won't this be so cute for Valentine's Day?!" But alas, there was no trace of the hearts once the fabric was cut and crocheted. That wouldn't do.

So, I made a lid. Much better!

I love this little cutie and the way you presented it! I feel for you, as I have the same problem with stars. Some of the absolutely cutest, sweetest, and most beautiful sheets of paper do not translate their images to little stars. I'm very happy you were able to come up with the perfect heart touch for it. :-)
Adorable! This is a color combination that I would not expect myself to like. But it looks so good after you got done with it.
