Party Picnic Blankets

 A sweet sosovintage customer from California purchased a bunch of fat quarters, scraps, and charm packs in order to put together some goodies for a picnic party.

 She sent me these photos via flickr so that we could see how she laid out all of her fabrics.  It must have been so fun (and hard) to decide which fabrics to put together!

 She did pieced mini-quilts with fleece edging.  Have I told you lately that I heart pink and aqua?

The party was a smashing success, and her friends loved these blankets!  Someone even got to bring this last one home with them after the party.  Now that's a hostess who goes above and beyond.  We should all be blessed with friends this talented and generous :)
